Check in was great. They were able to help us with any small issue we had and accommodated us at a moments notice. The house was right in the middle of Anchorage and allowed us to get anywhere within the city in just under 10 minutes. Definitely an ideal spot for anyone wanting to come to the city.

Bea was kind, responsive, and provided thorough instructions. The place was clean and cozy with a convenient downtown location. There were also large windows to allow for natural light in often cloudy Alaska. I strongly recommend!

Bea and Matt were wonderful and very kind. My family stayed here and felt right at home and they were both quick to respond to my questions. I would totally stay with them again if I needed to stay in Anchorage. Nice little neighborhood close to many things and easy to find. Wonderful and comforting.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bea's. Bea was very proactive at communicating which made check-in a breeze. Place was very clean and exactly as described. Felt like a safe neighbourhood.

Nice and comfortable stay. Nice neighborhood. Easy walk in without climbing stairs. Spacious and very neat place to stay. If I were to book, I’d ask to book at this place once again.

This was a great and conveniently located listing being close to the main road as well as shopping locations and restaurants. It’s located in a quiet safe neighborhood with minimal traffic and close to the airport. Our host was communicative and polite. 10/10 recommend!

Met expectations, very spacious, one room seemed to lack heat; night lights would have been helpful with all the level changes, especially for elderly people. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This location was perfect for a business plus vacation stay. It was close to my work location and everything in downtown Anchorage. Such a walkable location. It had all the amenities we needed, was very quiet, and had ample street parking in addition to the reserved unit parking. Bea was a responsive host. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for our family, plenty of rooms and beds. We had Easter dinner and it was a great atmosphere for the whole family. Very clean and cozy. Bea has probably the most attentive host I’ve had so far. A+

We had a wonderful stay, there was an issue with a shower head but Bea addressed it and got it fixed quickly. House was like the photos, clean and probably one of the best Air bnbs in the area! Thank you Bea for hosting us!
