So comfortable, good WiFi and TV access. The temperatures were unusually cold for Anchorage but we had no problems staying warm. The two “fluffy” blankets in the living room were invaluable and helped make our stay very pleasant. We will definitely contact them again, should the need arise. Thank you.

One of the best hosts I've had yet. Bea is so helpful and easy to communicate with. In a great part of town with grocery stores super close. The place was stocked well for a longer stay.

Cozy Northern Den is very conveniently located, in a very quiet neighborhood. It is so well appointed with so many thoughtful details. Bea, the host, is amazing and communication is outstanding. I am coming back!

This was perfect for our trip to be with family, great accommodations and matched the pics and description. grocery store was a couple of blocks away and 5-8 minutes from the airport and easy to go all parts of Anchorage. great stay

This is the second time I have stayed at one of Bea's properties and just as my experience on my previous stay she is a great host with great communication. the property is always spotless and welcoming. I appreciate the amenities and linens. I will be staying at her properties in the future for my future Anchorage stays going forward, it was a simple and comfortable.

perfect location and accommodation for our youth group trip. the home was perfect and Bea was very responsive- including helping us to get back a retainer one of the girls forgot.

We enjoyed Bea’s unit! We felt right at home with the quiet neighborhood and homey space. Communication was great; check in is extremely easy and her place is right in the middle of Anchorage you can go in either direction and get to local attractions or favorite restaurants. This unit is clean and had all the amenities she listed. We will definitely check availability for our next trip.

We stayed here for medical visits. The location was central to everything we needed. The place was clean and comfortable. Everything was all on one level, and easy to access. The kitchen was well stocked. We didn’t see this in the listing or comments, but there are no TVs in the bedrooms. We normally wouldn’t mind that, but have become accustomed to it in AirBNBs and do wish we would have had them since a medical procedure had us stuck in bed all day.
