This apartment is located on the second floor of a secured building. Access to the second floor via stairs or elevator. A personal door code to the apartment will be provided for each guest. THE SPACE: Bedroom: Queen bed with tempurpedic mattress, nightstands, closet, blackout curtains Full Bath: Tub, shower, sink, toilet Living Room: Pullout sofa with storage chaise, smart TV Dining Area for 4 Kitchen: stove, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer There is a communal laundry room on the 4th floor which has several coin op washing machines and dryers. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets will be provided for guests in the apartment. Guests are responsible for coins (quarters) required for doing laundry.

Bea was kind, responsive, and provided thorough instructions. The place was clean and cozy with a convenient downtown location. There were also large windows to allow for natural light in often cloudy Alaska. I strongly recommend!

This location was perfect for a business plus vacation stay. It was close to my work location and everything in downtown Anchorage. Such a walkable location. It had all the amenities we needed, was very quiet, and had ample street parking in addition to the reserved unit parking. Bea was a responsive host. We would definitely stay here again.

This stay was everything we needed and more! We stayed for 4 nights and the apartment was so clean and so cozy! Bea really thought of everything regarding style and other personal touches. It's one of those stays where everything is truly set up for your convenience. Phone chargers for multiple types of phones, many blankets for comfortable couch lounging, teas and coffees as a little treat for the nights and mornings! The bedroom was very moody, color-washed in a deep red and a mattress we absolutely sunk into at the end of every day! The windows were double-paned I believe, so street noise was minimal at most and the neighbors were quiet! We were also just a short drive from anywhere we wanted to go. Parking was super convenient in the back of the building! Instructions about check-out were clear and easy. I would stay again in a heartbeat (and plan to), and will recommend it to anyone!
