Met expectations, very spacious, one room seemed to lack heat; night lights would have been helpful with all the level changes, especially for elderly people. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This home was perfect for our family, plenty of rooms and beds. We had Easter dinner and it was a great atmosphere for the whole family. Very clean and cozy. Bea has probably the most attentive host I’ve had so far. A+

We had a wonderful stay, there was an issue with a shower head but Bea addressed it and got it fixed quickly. House was like the photos, clean and probably one of the best Air bnbs in the area! Thank you Bea for hosting us!

Bea's place is a quiet spot with easy access to and from the airport as well as a starting point for adventures around Anchorage. There are upstairs and downstairs suites and a third bedroom, a well-appointed kitchen with coffee makers and a kettle, and a comfortable dining room and living room. Would easily accommodate two families especially with younger kids in the bunk beds or daybeds. Very easy to check-in and out. We're originally from the area and try to stay in the neighborhood to be close to friends, but there are also a lot of helpful (and accurate) suggestions to visitors in her guestbook!

perfect location and accommodation for our youth group trip. the home was perfect and Bea was very responsive- including helping us to get back a retainer one of the girls forgot.

We came in for a family members 70th birthday. All 5 siblings were able to gather and be together. This home is perfect for large groups. Its very comfortable, roomy with all the amenities. We appreciate all the extras the host put into this place.
